Programme Details

The initial Life Balance Programme consists of a 4-week online course where you will work 1-2-1 with Eileen at weekly sessions of around 90 minutes duration.

In the 4 weeks we will focus specifically on one main issue that is holding you back, but we may, also, uncover and work with other concerns that arise during that process. You will be offered techniques and practices designed to deliver the best results, including action points and daily meditations to do between sessions. This will not be overly time consuming but the more you put in the more you will get out so be prepared to participate fully.

By the end of 4 weeks you will feel more empowered and will find a balance returning to your life. For many people this is enough, however, individual follow up sessions can be arranged to help you work through any further issues or simply to keep the progress going.

Life Balance Programme for Employers/ Employees
